When your members sign in to the Agend app, it should feel like your organisation - your name, your mark, your colour. Getting there takes three things from you, and about five minutes.

1
Your name
Two versions: a short name members recognise at a glance
(“WDAA”), and your full name for formal spots
(“Web Developers Association of Australia”). The short one appears in the
app’s sidebar and on your profile area.
No logo yet? No problem - we set your short name in our display face, and
it looks sharp. That’s the wordmark you see in the preview above.
2
Your logo (optional, recommended)
A horizontal version of your mark works best in the app’s sidebar and headers.
PNG or WebP
Transparent background
Horizontal lockup preferred
At least 240 px wide
Dark-on-light version (the app runs a light theme)
Only have an SVG or a print file? Send whatever you have - we’ll convert it.
3
Your accent colour
Pick one of four accents, tuned by our design team so every screen stays
readable and accessible - buttons, highlights, progress rings, the lot.
Choose whichever sits closest to your brand.
Lavender
Calm, considered - the Agend default
Mint
Fresh, optimistic
Coral
Warm, energetic
Lemon
Bright, bold

Email your Agend contact with your short name, full name, logo file
attached, and the accent you picked. We’ll have it live shortly after.

In your Agend dashboard, everything lives in one place:
Settings → Site Builder → Brand & Theme
How fast does it appear?
Within about an hour of us receiving it - members simply see your branding the next time the app refreshes. No update to install.
Can we use our exact brand colour?
The four accents are curated so text and controls always stay legible on every screen. Exact-hex matching is on our roadmap - pick the nearest accent for now and we’ll note your brand colour for later.
What about the sign-in screen and the app stores?
Today, your branding appears everywhere after members sign in. A branded sign-in experience is coming next, and organisations that want their own listing in the App Store and Google Play can talk to us about our white-label tier.
